By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Certainly So is a DBA (doing business as) operated by an individual sole proprietor. We sell print-on-demand products through this website.

Orders and Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and will provide a full refund if we do

Print-on-Demand Products

All products are made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because items are custom-produced at the time of purchase:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or change of mind
  • Please review size charts carefully before ordering — size charts are provided on each product page
  • Slight color variations between product mockups and finished items may occur due to printing processes and monitor calibration

Damaged or Lost Items

See our Return Policy for full details. In brief:

  • Damaged items: contact us within 30 days with a photo for a free replacement or refund
  • Lost packages: contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (domestic) and we'll arrange a replacement

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Certainly So. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute them without written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certainly So is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Delays or failures caused by our fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, or third-party services

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
