Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, our return policy reflects the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.
The Short Version
We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size orders — please check the size chart before you buy. But if something arrives damaged or gets lost, we'll make it right.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect:
- Email us at support@certainlyso.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice
- You do not need to return the damaged item
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived:
- Domestic orders: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order confirmation. We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
- International orders: We currently ship domestic US only.
Note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing after delivery (e.g., porch theft). Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address:
- We cannot guarantee we can update it before the order ships
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipment
- If an order is not returned and is undeliverable, we cannot replace or refund it
No Returns for Sizing
All products include detailed size charts on their product pages. Because items are custom-printed for each order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections. Please measure carefully and refer to the size chart before ordering.
No Returns for Change of Mind
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders where the customer has simply changed their mind about the product.
