How It Works
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, using their network of print providers. We don't hold inventory — your item is made specifically for you after you order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to domestic US addresses only.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. This is the time needed to print, quality-check, and package your item.
Estimated Delivery
After production, shipping transit time is typically:

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days.
These are estimates. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), production and delivery times may be longer. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order is submitted, address changes may not be possible. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order confirmation, contact us at support@certainlyso.com and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, see our Return Policy for next steps. We'll replace or refund — no return necessary.
